Katrina is a Hatha Yoga instructor who has devoted her life to finding harmony and balance in mind and body.

To this end, she moved from Russia to Thailand to pursue healthy eating, a more meditative yoga practice, and nature experiences. But that doesn’t mean she’s stopped traveling. In fact, she loves to meet new people and is always looking to share her enthusiasm for raw veganism and the outdoor lifestyle.

So keep an eye out when you’re on the road - you might run into deep-breathing Katrina!

like it twice if I could. This was a very enjoyable glimpse of an accomplished practitioner. The Tree Pose at the top of a giant boulder standing on the edge of a cliff was a high point in the film.
